The eVance Service Manager enhances productivity and communications with centralized information management and real-time data sharing. With the Service Manager app, technicians can view their assigned installations, inspections, service calls, and site histories right from their mobile phones. They can also create Service Orders and send details to their accounting department and/or their customer. Cash flow is improved by immediately collecting service order/billing information and e-mailing it and/or saving it for retrieval using the Service Manager’s file storage.
